Had to return three times to convince service I had a leak. After the third time, they removed more parts and found the leak. However, they were great in providing me with a rental vehicle for over two weeks while mine was waiting for parts and repairs.

I had a Monday 9 am appointment, got there at 8:45 am. The place was packed, and they had 8 walk-ins without appointments, I never got out of there until after 11 am for a simple oil change. I was not happy. Next time I will not make an appointment, I will just do a walk in. I was told that they don't turn walk ins down, then why make an appointment if they don't stick to the time, they made it my car? I feel my time is just as important as someone who just walks in or the dealership itself time.

While we had to wait a few days for a courtesy car before you could repair our vehicle, we were kept well informed of when we’d get one. Everybody is always so nice there. We appreciate how clean our car is when we pick it up. They do a great job washing it. The work on our vehicle was done in a timely manner as they understood we were snowbirds and were headed home soon. Really one of the best, if not the best, dealerships we’ve encountered. For whoever reads this, you shoud be proud of these good folks. We wish them success on their move up the road and new, state of the art dealership they’re building. I have no issues with the quality of work. But, 2.5 hours for an oil change, a set of wipers, and wash, is unacceptable by any measure. As a former Ford owner, the same service is performed in 1.5 hours or in many cases, less. I had an 8:a.m. appointment which made that much more frustrating. This is the second time this has happened. I highly doubt that I will be back at this dealership for service.

Always fast service at your location, stopped at a GMC dealer in St Cloud when my issue occurred. Lost a belt tensioner pulley, belt not turning, not charging system. The dealer said they could look at it in three weeks. Drove the truck until it shut down, towed to Huston on a Friday evening, truck was repaired and returned on Monday. For someone who’s truck pays my bills, time down is expensive. Brittney understands that and always gets service done quickly.

Huston was the only Chevrolet or GM dealership that I could find that could handle my issue on a weekend. Everyone else turned me away as they only employed oil/lube teams on the weekend. Thank you for being available and diagnosing my issue. I was disappointed with the fee. They charged $225 just to diagnose. They did give me a veteran discount, but still felt like I was taking advantage of for a out-of-town traveler.

1. Everyone was friendly and service forward. 2. The TV in the waiting room was a nice neutral game show channel not a political / news channel . 3. The text thing was nice even thought it was not useful. At 2.5 hours I used the link to check status it said the car was still in the inspection phase, so I used the reply to text to confirm status. I did not get a reply. However the phone call I received 20 mins later that the service was complete and I could pay and pick up my car was nice. 4. The wash and vac post service is always appreciated. Today’s vac was great, the wash was not up to your standards.

When I scheduled the appointment they had no cars available, they were not able to find out why my brand new Acadia 3 times had problems shifting gears, the last incident was 1/12 and I actually had to pull off the road put it in park to get the ROMs to drop back down. I realized this is intermittent occurs yet disappointing. I’ll be back when it happens again.

First of all, I have never experienced an effort like Bryan Becerra's not only pre-sale, but with very helpful and knowledgeable support during settlement as well as after sale technical support, which he freely offered without being asked. Bryan had great patience with the many questions I had, and his knowledge of the wireless connections between phone and vehicle, necessary GM apps, and vehicle system settings was (and continues to be) as impressive as it was helpful. The Finance Manager Jim Lawson sailed us through settlement more smoothly than many I've experienced, and the Finance Department Manager Craig Bailey stopped by to introduce himself and offer any assistance we might need. My residence is 78 miles and two hours away from Huston GMC, but Huston GMC had the exact build and color of truck I wanted, and I was more than pleasantly surprised with the courtesy, knowledge and effort of the staff.

Vehicle went back in less than 5000 miles from purchase with major mechanical and safety issues. George, Lilly, and George's team were very courteous, respectful, and professional. The replacement parts were not readily available - but they kept us updated regularly. In addition to my truck - we also took in another GMC that we have only had for 7 mos that had major issues. The dealership that we purchased it from stated the issues were not covered under warranty AND would not honor the extended warranty that had been purchased through their dealership. George and his team took care of all of the issues for this vehicle as well. Although Huston GMC is 1.5 -2hrs from our home - we will be using and referring Huston, George, and Lilly to all of our family and friends.

My wife and I were treated very well and the Huston team was very professional. It was a cold day and Jackson our Sales Consultant met us at the door, discussed several options, and brought the vehicle up to the front so we did not have to walk in the cold. The service team at Huston offers 3 essentials. 1st they listen, 2nd they treat the customers as though they are important, 3rd they fix what the customer says is needed and then they double check to be certain that the unit does not also need something that the customer may have missed before returning it to the owner. Given I’ve had issues in the past, this last visit was much better. Normally, I would say that 1.5 hours is still too long for oil changes, but given the fact that they were really busy with several vehicles in front of me, they did a really good job.
